For standard setups like birthday or room-surprise décor, 2-3 days' notice is usually enough. For large events - weddings, corporate activations, school functions - we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead so design and materials can be prepared.

We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, debit/credit cards, bank transfer (including Raast), and cash on delivery for product orders within limits. Corporate clients can pay against invoice.

Yes - COD is available for product orders in Lahore up to a per-order limit. Larger orders and service bookings are confirmed with an advance payment.

Send a quote request (or WhatsApp us) with your occasion, date, venue and budget. We respond within 24 hours with a design proposal and price. Once you approve and pay the advance, the date is locked and our team handles delivery, setup and teardown.

Yes. Every package is a starting point - colours, themes, sizes and add-ons (cake tables, photo corners, play areas) can be adjusted. Ask for a custom quote and we'll price your exact setup.

Rental items (jumping castles, food stalls, furniture, inflatables) are booked by enquiry. We deliver, install and collect. A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the item; it's confirmed in your quote.

Product orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Service bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability; cancellation terms for advances are stated on your quotation. Contact us as early as possible and we'll find the fairest option.

Yes - we execute store openings, launches, mall activations and annual dinners for brands, and provide strict white-label execution for event agencies: your client never sees our name. All corporate enquiries are answered within 24 hours.
