The Adorners provides event management, decoration services, and e-commerce retail for celebration essentials in Pakistan. These terms govern your use of our platform and any purchases or bookings you make.

2. Event Bookings and Deposits

• Quotes: A formal quote provided by us is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your event date. The booking is only confirmed once this payment is cleared and verified.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event execution, as detailed in your specific booking agreement.

3. E-commerce Purchases

• Order Acceptance: All retail orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Pricing: Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may adjust prices at any time without notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Delivery: We currently deliver retail products within designated areas of Lahore. Standard delivery fees and timeframes apply. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier partners.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

For event services, any cancellations or major modifications must be communicated as early as possible. Deposits are strictly non-refundable as they block the calendar for your specific date. Cancellations made close to the event date may incur additional charges to cover incurred material costs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, event concepts, images, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of The Adorners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our property without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Adorners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our liability in connection with any service or product shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that service or product.
