At The Adorners, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, place an order, or request a quote for our event services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), delivery address, and the details of your event or order — the occasion, date, location, guest count and budget range. We do not store card or bank details on our servers; those are handled by the payment providers listed in section 4.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page or advertisement that referred you. Where you arrived from an advertisement or a tagged link, we also record the campaign identifiers in that link (for example utm_source, utm_campaign and Meta's fbclid).
We record which of our contact buttons you use — WhatsApp, phone or email — and which page you used it from. We record the click, not the conversation: we have no access to your WhatsApp messages, and we do not record calls.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare your quotation and fulfil your orders and bookings.
- To contact you about your enquiry, payment, or delivery.
- To understand which advertisements and pages actually lead to enquiries and bookings, so we spend our advertising budget on the ones that work.
- To improve, secure and troubleshoot the website.
3. Measurement and Advertising Tools
We use the following third-party tools. Each is named because each receives some data about your visit. These run by default when you visit the site — we do not ask you first. You can turn all of them off at any time; see section 6.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Ireland/USA) — records page views and actions such as viewing a product, starting a checkout, using a contact button, submitting a quote request, or completing a payment. It also allows us to show advertisements to people who have visited the site.
- Meta Conversions API — the same events, sent from our own server rather than your browser, so that a completed enquiry or payment is not lost to an ad blocker or a network failure. Where you have given us your email address or phone number, we send them to Meta only as an irreversible SHA-256 hash, computed on our server. Meta never receives either in readable form from us. We also send the click identifiers Meta itself set on your browser, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which Meta uses to match the event to an advertisement.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google, Ireland/USA) — page views and the same product and checkout actions, used to understand how the site is used. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Google.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft, USA) — records your session: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the pages and content you view, played back to us as an anonymous recording so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form is not captured, but you should assume the rest of your interaction with a page is recorded.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your name, address or event details with any of the tools above.
4. Who Else Sees Your Data
Only the providers we need to run the business: our payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and our bank) for payments you make, our delivery couriers for your address, Cloudinary for images, Resend for the emails we send you, and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website and sees the traffic passing through. Each is used for that purpose only.

The first three are readable only by our server, not by any script on the page. The tools in section 3 set their own cookies as well —_fbp and _fbc (Meta), _ga (Google), and _clck and _clsk (Clarity).
6. Your Choices
The measurement described in section 3 runs by default. We do not show a cookie banner and we do not ask you to agree before it starts. If you would rather we did not measure your visit, you can stop all of it here:

Your choice is stored in a cookie on this browser and remembered for a year. It does not travel to your other devices, and clearing your cookies clears it.
Turning it off stops everything, not just the part you can see: no analytics or advertising scripts load, we stop recording which campaign referred you, and our server stops sending your activity to Meta as well.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks the tools in section 3. Either way it does not affect your ability to browse, request a quote, place an order, or contact us — none of those depend on measurement working.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us at the address in section 8. We will need to verify who you are before acting on the request.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Quotes, orders, payments and invoices — kept while we have a business or accounting reason to keep them.
- Campaign and referral information — kept with the quote or order it belongs to, for as long as that record is kept. The cookies themselves expire on the schedule in section 5.
- Third-party tools — Meta, Google and Microsoft retain data under their own policies and retention periods, which we do not control.

9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashing contact details before sending them to advertising platforms, and restricting access to customer data to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
